Every customer is assigned a (QAM) Quality Assurance Manager. Your QAM will at minimum, make weekly visits to assure that we are performing to your satifaction. SAMS encourages  clients to join the QAM once a month for a walk- though inspection. Walk-through inspections allows your staff to voice cleaning and other facility concerns before they become issue.
